Copenhagen Fashion Week, what to watch next spring part 2.

Nicholas Nybro.
The 3 best shows during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
Starting with Nicholas Nybro, he made a show that was so spectacularly and surprising, that he subsequently receive standing ovations. The models walked the catwalk accompanied to music where cows muhuu’ed and roosters crowing, and they had straw in elaborate creations in their hair. The materials were very different from cotton poplin in shirt stripes to man-made fibre materials with metallic surfaces. And some showpieces made with straw and chiffon in muted nude colors. It was all a fusion of Morten Korch and large rococo theater robes. I am completely and utterly sold … so beautiful!
The next show that caught my eyes was Freya Dalsjø …. Wauv … it was breathtaking… beautiful models, delicate styling … check the hair out … And then it was just an-easy-to-wear and summery collection with beautiful silhouettes and flowing summer skirts. The colors were kept in bright tones, and transperante white fabrics.
YDE Copenhagen by Ole Yde.
I just love good workmanship, and I think Ole Yde has that. He has a special ability to get the classic styles to “shine”. It’s not fashion, but more classics / favorites that are styled for today. And this collection was beautiful and casual in an exclusive and sophisticated way.

The Danish designer Ole Yde showed his SS16 Collection at the interior shop Paustian during the Copenhagen fashion Week.
