Køkkendrømme og gourmet lækkerier.

Sådan her ville jeg også se ud, hvis jeg var den heldige ejer af et Boform køkken af den kaliber, som de viser i butikken ude på Hellerupvej….Det er simpelthen noget af det ypperste indenfor snedker håndværk. De kredser for detaljerne og går tydeligvis ikke på kompromis med kvalitet. Så jeg bliver ved med at drømme.
Here is how I would look if I was the lucky owner of a Boform kitchen of this caliber as they displays in the Boform store on Hellerupvej …. It is simply one of the finest kitchen designs I have seen for a long time. The craftmanship and nursing around the details is quite unique. They obviously do not compromise on quality. So I keep on dreaming.

Denne aften stod i “fremtidens køkken” tegn. Dvs. at vi fik lidt historie fra Boforms af CEO Lars Mehlum. Senere fortalte trendekspert Mads Arlien Søborg hvordan han ser fremtidens køkkener. Nogle af buzz ordene var: Slow luxury – digital detox – køkken oplevelser-fremfor køkken trends. Så umiddelbart ikke det store nye…vi ved det jo alle sammen…vi vil have færre ting, men bedre forarbejdede og meget gerne lokalt produceret. Vi går en tid i møde, hvor vi har behov for at være off-line indimellem, der bliver zoner eller tidspunkter, hvor vi slukker alle skærme og er tilstede med hinanden. Det kunne blive at vi samles om måltiderne i et køkken, som i dag er ligeså meget en stue. Vi har ikke længere behovet for en stue med TV, da vi ser hvad vi ønsker hver især på vores devices, hvor vi har lyst. Så køkkenet hvor vi samles om maden bliver et leverum.
This evening we should get some knowlegde of the future kitchen trends. We started the evening by getting to know the history of Boform by CEO Lars Mehlum. Later trend expert Mads Arlien Søborg told us how he sees the future of kitchens. Some of the buzz words were: Slow luxury – digital detox – kitchen experiences-rather than kitchen trends. So not the big news … we all know it … we want to have fewer things but better crafted and preferably locally produced. We head towards times where we need to be off-line in between, there will be zones or times when we turn off all screens and is present with each other. It could be that we gather for meals in a kitchen, which today is almost like a livingroom. We no longer need a living room with TV, as we see what we want on each of our devices where we want. So the kitchen will be where we gather around food, and it will become the central and most important room in our homes.
Og jeg må sige hvis jeg havde dette køkken ville jeg også tilbringe al min tid der…jeg lover det…jeg ville ALDRIG forlade det….det er SÅ pænt. når det er lukket har du de smukkeste låger med sildebens mønster i røget eg, skubber du lågerne ind mellem sektionerne åbner sig et dekadent sort marmor interiør…JEG ER VILD MED DET ! What’s not to like ?
And I must say if I had this kitchen, I would spend all my time there … I promise … I would NEVER leave it …. it’s SO elegant and well-made. When it is closed, you have the most beautiful doors with herringbone pattern in dark wood. Ejecting the doors between the sections, a decadent black marble interior comes at sight … I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE ! What’s not to like ?
